Trust Of Retailer Fred's Can Claw Back Pre-Ch. 11 Transfers

Robinson Co. Inc. in the months ahead of its 2019 bankruptcy, ruling the payments are avoidable because C.H. Robinson applied credit pressure on the financially distressed retailer.
