Attorneys for the Chapter 11 trustee overseeing the sprawling Connecticut bankruptcy of Chinese exile Ho Wan Kwok, also known as Guo Wengui, told a judge Tuesday that they plan to move a $37 million yacht to the Newport, Rhode Island, area and sell it for the benefit of Kwok's creditors.
