McMahon Wants Out Of Clawback Suit Involving Ex-XFL Exec
Sports entertainment tycoon Vince McMahon wants a Connecticut federal court to drop him from a bankruptcy proceeding related to the implosion of the XFL, arguing the former commissioner and CEO of the extreme football league, Oliver Luck, is not entitled to protection as the Chapter 11 administrator tries to claw back $11.1 million of his pay.
