Kidde-Fenwal Defends Bid To Extend Ch. 11 Plan Deadline
Firefighting foam maker Kidde-Fenwal defended its request to extend the window during which it has the sole right to file a Chapter 11 plan, telling a Delaware bankruptcy court it has made significant strides in restructuring talks and that an objection from the creditors committee offers no basis for denying the extension.

Kidde-Fenwal To Seek Ch. 11 Sale Over Chemical Suit Claims
Fire protection and suppression company Kidde-Fenwal Inc. told a Delaware bankruptcy judge Tuesday that it intends to submit a proposal to run a competitive sale process in an effort to address its liability in connection with thousands of lawsuits over so-called forever chemicals.
