    A Delaware federal judge on Monday moved three declaratory judgment and antitrust suits filed by Human Genome Sciences Inc. against Genentech Inc. to California, ruling a California judge's expertise with a patent-in-suit outweighs HGS' desire to keep the cases in Delaware.
