    Planned Parenthood Sues To Block Texas Abortion Bill

    The nation's largest abortion provider launched a lawsuit in Texas federal court Friday challenging controversial abortion restrictions recently signed into law by Texas Gov. Rick Perry, saying parts of the law are "unintelligible" and violate the U.S. Constitution.
