A Virginia bankruptcy judge signed off on a settlement between bankrupt Health Diagnostic Laboratory Inc. and Randox Laboratories Ltd. on Thursday, cutting the diagnostic company's unsecured claim from $4.58 million to $3.8 million and securing a payment to the bankruptcy estate.
