Lockheed Health Co. Dodges FCA Suit Lacking Contract Terms
A California federal judge has tossed a False Claims Act suit against a Lockheed Martin health care subsidiary, saying that because the whistleblower physician who brought the case did not detail the company’s contract with the government, the judge could not evaluate whether improper billing occurred.
