    A California federal judge declined Friday to temporarily bar state law requiring all children to be vaccinated before going to school or day care regardless of personal beliefs, giving the state and its agencies an early victory in defending one of the toughest vaccination laws in the country.

    Calif. Childhood Vaccination Law Opponents Sue State

    The nonprofit organization Education 4 All and a group of parents have brought a privacy suit against California state officials in federal court over a new law mandating childhood vaccination and eliminating exemptions, accusing them of violating children's right to an education under California's constitution.
