The Eighth Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a lower court ruling that put Express Medical Transporters Inc. on the hook for overtime owed to its paralift van drivers, saying retrofits reducing vehicle capacity make the drivers eligible for overtime compensation under federal transport laws.
