The Federal Circuit on Tuesday overturned an injunction that had blocked the U.S. Army from moving forward with a plan to use Airbus UH-72A Lakota training helicopters as its sole institutional training model, saying the plan was not a procurement decision subject to review by a claims court.

Army Pushes Fed. Circ. To Let Airbus Copter Deal Take Off
The U.S. Army on Monday argued that a Federal Claims judge improperly blocked a deal to purchase 16 Airbus SAS training helicopters, claiming that the judge can't look at the military decision that lead to the sole-source deal.
