3D Parts Printer Garners Wide Support For Ch. 11 Wind Down
Bankrupt 3D parts printer Fast Radius Inc. received court approval Wednesday from a Delaware bankruptcy judge for its Chapter 11 plan that had the support of nearly all of its creditor constituencies and includes settlements of large claims against the estate.

Insurers Slam Scouts Plan; FTX To Start Clawback Actions
Insurers who didn't sign on to the Chapter 11 plan of the Boy Scouts of America slammed the $2.5 billion settlement trust in an appellate briefing, cryptocurrency exchange FTX said it will begin seeking clawback of prepetition distributions, and cosmetics giant Revlon Inc. reached a deal with creditors for a Chapter 11 plan. Centralized manufacturing venture Fast Radius Inc. sought Chapter 11 protection in Delaware with $55 million in secured and unsecured debt late Monday, blaming a fizzled "de-SPAC" fundraising effort and other financing disappointments for driving the cloud-based business into a bankruptcy sale effort.
