7th Circ. Judge Unsure X-Ray Tech Was Fired For Complaint
A Seventh Circuit judge was skeptical Wednesday about the National Labor Relations Board finding that an Indianapolis surgery center unlawfully fired an employee who raised concerns about unlicensed workers' use of X-ray equipment, saying there was no conclusive evidence that his supervisor knew he spoke up about it at a meeting.
