    EEOC Says Health Care Co. Fired Black, Hispanic Aides

    A Brooklyn, New York-based home health care company pulled Black and Hispanic workers from their posts depending on client preferences and then fired them if no other roles were available, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in a lawsuit Monday.
