No Coverage For 'Leave It To Beaver' Deal, Insurer Says
Federal Insurance Co. urged a California federal judge Monday to nix the Screen Actors Guild's bid to recoup a class action settlement it paid to a "Leave It to Beaver" actor over foreign tax royalties, saying the deal was restitution and did not qualify for insurance coverage.
