Anheuser Says Cigna OK'd $24M In Health Care Overcharges
Anheuser Busch Cos. Inc. lodged a suit against Cigna Corp. in Missouri federal court Wednesday, accusing the health insurance giant of violating ERISA by authorizing $24 million in excessive charges for employee insurance claims and illegally refusing to let the brewing company audit the claims data.
