6th Circ. Ends Kim Davis' Marriage License Fight
The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday agreed to vacate an injunction against Kim Davis, the county clerk of Rowan County, Kentucky, who last year rose to national fame for staunchly refusing to issue marriage licenses in protest of same-sex marriage, after both sides agreed a new state law rendered the litigation moot.
