3rd Circ. Says Insurer Not Liable For Co.'s Faulty Roof Work
Berkley Specialty Insurance Co. does not have to pay a $492,000 judgment a couple won from a lawsuit claiming faulty roof work by a Pennsylvania construction company, the Third Circuit ruled Thursday, saying the property damage was not an accident and therefore not covered by the insurer.
