First Horizon Settles FHFA Toxic MBS Suit With $110M Deal
First Horizon National Corp. will pay $110 million to the Federal Housing Finance Agency to end a New York federal suit alleging the bank misrepresented mortgage-backed securities sold to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac prior to the financial crisis, the FHFA announced Tuesday.
