Utah Town Wants To Nix Tribe's 'Endless' Jurisdiction Row
The city of Myton, Utah, again urged a federal judge Friday to strike a "seemingly endless" string of motions from the Ute Indian Tribe to reconsider his decision dismissing claims against the city for allegedly illegal prosecutions of tribal members, saying its arguments are untimely and unpersuasive.

Utah Tribe Seeks To Revive Claims In City Jurisdictional Row
The Ute Indian Tribe on Tuesday again urged a Utah federal judge to reconsider the dismissal of claims against the city of Myton over allegedly illegal prosecutions against tribal members and the jurisdictional boundaries of its Uintah-Ouray Indian Reservation.
