    Insurer Gets $2M Coverage Ruling Flipped In Construction Suit

    A South Carolina federal judge on Tuesday reversed his ruling last month that Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Co. owes $2 million to a builder in coverage for a $55 million verdict, saying that he should have considered extrinsic evidence that the builder knew about an exclusion before agreeing to the contract in his decision.
