The union representing more than 1,000 Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. employees lodged its formal objection Tuesday to the bankrupt casino operator's bid to reject their collective bargaining agreement, accusing the debtor of not negotiating in good faith by not bringing the Carl Icahn lender companies to the table.
