    Arizona Department of Gaming Director Daniel Bergin argued Wednesday for a federal court judge to continue to prevent the disclosure of an email between Bergin’s lawyers and the Gila River Indian Community written while negotiating a common-interest agreement, saying the document is privileged and should not be used as evidence in another tribe’s suit against state officials.
