    The Jamestown S'Klallam and Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribes have urged the Ninth Circuit to reject the Skokomish Indian Tribe's suit accusing Suquamish Tribe officers of encroaching on its hunting grounds, saying a Washington federal judge correctly held the dispute would impact other tribes who cannot join the suit.
