    2nd Circ. Sides With Omega In Battle Over Canal Street Fakes

    The Second Circuit on Wednesday upheld a $1.1 million counterfeiting verdict won by watchmaker Omega SA against a Manhattan landlord that owns a notorious Canal Street market, saying the property owner had been "willfully blind" to the sale of fakes.
