Keybank Still On The Hook For Uncollected Mortgage
A New York federal judge dismissed some of U.S. Bank N.A.'s claims against Keybank N.A. for failing to collect on a mortgage agreement nearly a decade ago, saying that the claims were time-barred, but said Keybank still must answer for its alleged inaction that took place after the statute of limitations expired in 2014.
