Real Estate Firm Founder Says He Was Illegally Forced Out
The founder of Chicago real estate company Rockwell Partners says he was forced out of the business when partners misled him to sell his ownership stake at a fraudulently low value in violation of the Securities and Exchange Act, according to a complaint filed Thursday.
