The unsecured creditors committee for Revel Entertainment Group LLC urged a New Jersey bankruptcy judge Wednesday to block a pending class action accusing the casino of luring gamblers to the property with the false promise of refunding their slot machine losses, saying the plaintiffs' attorney filed a proof of claim too late.
