RadioShack Trustee Fights Wage Suit, Creditor Payments
The liquidating trustee overseeing RadioShack's bankruptcy estate Monday opposed California workers seeking a claim deadline extension in their suit alleging the retailer's successor is withholding payment for vested vacation time, and also filed a suit to claw back $3 million a separate creditor already collected.
