Mo. Fed. Judge OKs State Remand In Netflix, DirecTV Fee Row
A Missouri federal judge granted a proposed class of municipalities' request to consolidate and remand disputes involving DirecTV, Netflix and other entertainment companies' video fee liabilities to state court, saying local courts were better equipped to analyze state law.
