That number is even higher when dealing with the millennial population. Unfortunately, this group has historically suffered from widespread discrimination in the workplace. At least one in four LGBTQIA employees report they have experienced workplace discrimination at least once in the past five years. And nearly one in 10 have reported they left a job because the work environment was unwelcoming....
