Takata Seeks To Toss Air Bag Suit, Claiming No Texas Ties
Takata Corp. on Tuesday asked the Florida federal court overseeing multidistrict litigation over its potentially fatal air bags to toss one of the related lawsuits, saying it didn't make the air bag in question and that it's not connected to Texas, where the suit was originally filed.
