Fed. Circ. Hears $1.25M Fight Over Contract Paused By Ebola
Although the Ebola outbreak was nobody's fault, the Federal Circuit didn't seem to think that the U.S. Department of State was obligated to help offset the additional $1.25 million in expenses that a contractor incurred after the disease flared up near a Sierra Leone worksite.
