The lender behind the now-foreclosed former 3M campus in Austin, Texas, and its current owner have sued Zurich American Insurance Co. in Texas federal court, claiming the insurer owes more than $15 million toward the remediation and restoration work needed as a result of a major winter storm in February 2021.
