Multifamily REIT Tries To Duck RealPage Antitrust Suit
A real estate investment trust has urged a Tennessee federal court to dismiss it from multidistrict litigation accusing the REIT, RealPage Inc. and multiple real estate companies of engaging in a nationwide conspiracy to fix the prices of multifamily rental housing, arguing claims that it shared confidential info with RealPage were withdrawn by the plaintiffs.
