    The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission hit Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP Wednesday with allegations in North Carolina federal court that the law firm unlawfully fired an office assistant who was disabled from breast cancer treatment and could not lift heavy objects.
