NLRB Precedent Tracker

UPDATE: President Donald Trump has eliminated the quorum at the National Labor Relations Board and fired general counsel Jennifer Abruzzo, cutting off further adoption of her initiatives. The NLRB is expected to make changes to precedent when it has a Republican majority and general counsel. This tracker will be updated as that agenda takes shape and Law360 identifies cases that may facilitate its adoption.

The National Labor Relations Board general counsel’s effort to rework agency precedent to boost organizing is well under way, with dozens of requests pending with the board to shift case law and several more in the pipeline.

Law360 has created this tracker to help our readers keep up with the changes in labor precedent.
