    2nd Circ. Revives Fee Request In WTC Cleanup Injury Dispute

    The Second Circuit on Tuesday reversed an order denying attorneys' fees to the former special liaison to a group of cleaning and repair workers injured in the World Trade Center cleanup after the 9/11 attacks, finding the district court was wrong to deny her motion because of her inflated request.
