    DirecTV must face two consolidated lawsuits from former satellite technicians who claim they were misclassified as independent contractors, the Fourth Circuit held Wednesday after finding that a lower court incorrectly concluded that the entertainment provider wasn't a joint employer under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
