    Apple, Google Ponying Up $415M In New Anti-Poaching Deal

    Google Inc., Apple Inc., Intel Corp. and Adobe Systems Inc. have reached a sweetened, $415 million deal in the antitrust class action alleging they illegally agreed not to poach each other's engineers, $90.5 million more than a deal a California federal judge rejected last year, according to a filing Thursday.

    Apple, Google Reach New Deal In Anti-Poaching Suit

    Google Inc., Apple Inc., Intel Corp. and Adobe Systems Inc. have reached a new deal in the antitrust class action alleging the companies illegally agreed not to poach each other's engineers, Google on Tuesday told the Ninth Circuit, which had been asked to revive a rejected settlement.

    Engineers Fight 9th Circ. Review of $325M Anti-Poach Deal

    Software engineers who have accused Google Inc., Apple Inc., Intel Corp. and Adobe Systems Inc. of illegally agreeing to not poach employees asked the Ninth Circuit not to force a California federal judge to approve a proposed $324.5 million class action settlement, arguing that the deal fell apart after it was initially rejected.
