Holland & Knight LLP and The RMN Agency agreed Friday to settle a breach of contract lawsuit brought by Lucas Legal Staffing in early October in Virginia federal court that said the firms squeezed the staffing company out of fees due for placing an attorney in a $400,000-a-year job.

Lucas Legal Staffing filed a breach of contract suit against Holland & Knight LLP, a partner for the firm and a rival recruitment agency in Virginia federal court, saying they squeezed it out of fees due for placing the attorney in his $400,000-a-year position.
