Turing Pharmaceuticals Inc. boss Martin Shkreli, who generated outrage earlier this year by jacking up the price of a drug used to treat AIDS symptoms, was arrested Thursday on securities fraud charges along with a Kaye Scholer LLP partner accused of conspiring with him.
