A Tennessee federal judge ruled Tuesday that shipping company AFS Logistics LLC can’t arbitrate claims that two former employees misappropriated trade secrets when they secretly started a competing business a year before they resigned, saying AFS is essentially trying to relitigate claims that have been dismissed.
