    A Georgia public defender's office urged a federal judge on Wednesday to free it from a former Augusta public defender's discrimination and retaliation suit, saying the "buzzwords" she used to report the alleged mistreatment did not adequately communicate that she believed she was being mistreated due to her race and gender.
