    EEOC, Staffing Co. Strike Deal To End Disability Bias Suit

    The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has reached a settlement with staffing service company TrueBlue Inc. and its subsidiary PeopleReady Inc., ending its suit claiming PeopleReady fired an employee in lieu of granting her leave to be treated for a psychiatric disability, the agency said Thursday.
