Entertainment Weekly and a former employee who said that her objections to racist and misogynistic comments from the magazine's former editor-in-chief were ignored and that she was eventually fired as punishment for speaking up have agreed to end her suit, according to a New York federal court filing.

An Entertainment Weekly senior editor accused the popular magazine in a New York federal suit of ignoring her internal complaints about racism and misogyny by its recently ousted editor-in-chief and instead allowing him to effectively undermine her career.
