    Amazon Plans To Petition Justices On Arbitration Exemption

    Amazon asked the Ninth Circuit to stay the mandate of a ruling holding that its delivery drivers are exempt from federal arbitration law so that it can file a petition for certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court, saying circuits are split on the enforceability of similar arbitration contracts.
