Accused fraudster Ho Wan Kwok has asked the Department of Justice for copies of criminal investigators' communications with both the Chapter 11 trustee overseeing his bankruptcy estate and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, arguing that those communications could prove the government tried to seize exculpatory evidence.
