The Eighth Circuit said Thursday it's undoing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's rushed ban on the use of the pesticide chlorpyrifos on foods, holding the agency took a too-narrow view of its own authority and failed to fully consider the possibility of allowing some beneficial uses to continue.
