The Connecticut-based tech consulting firm Gartner Inc. urged a federal judge on Monday to toss counterclaims brought in a lawsuit that accused The Hackett Group Inc. of unlawfully seeking out trade secrets, arguing that the defendants did not "allege any concrete or particularized harm" from unfair trade practices.
